什麼是SPC地板（石塑地板）？
SPC Flooring, also known as Stone Plastic Composite Flooring, is a new type of flooring material primarily composed of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) and natural stone powder. It falls under the category of PVC flooring, with a thickness of approximately 6-8mm, known for its strength and durability. SPC flooring boasts good sound insulation, moisture resistance, and environmental advantages. The appearance and structure of SPC flooring resemble that of laminate flooring. Its installation process doesn’t require any adhesive, reducing formaldehyde content, and offers a longer lifespan, making it popular in Europe, America, and Japan-Korea, and widely used in residential and commercial spaces.
SPC地板其實又稱石晶地板，是石塑地板的升級版，也現有地板材料中的「防潮之王」！SPC石晶地板是由擠出機結合T型模具擠出PVC基材，分別把PVC耐磨層、PVC彩膜和PVC基材一次性加熱貼合。過程完全不需要膠水，具有零甲醛、防水、防霉、防潮、防火，以及防蟲，安裝簡單等特點。
SPC 石塑地板結構
SPC石塑地板主要由UV層、耐磨層、乙烯塗層、主要材料層及襯底層組成：
- UV塗層是位於最上層的保護塗層，可增加地板的耐磨性和耐污性，同時維持地板的色澤。
- 耐磨層是由透明的PVC材料製成，主要提升地板的耐磨性，可更有效地保護地板免受刮傷。
- 乙烯塗層，又可稱為印刷裝飾層，透過印刷技術打印出SPC地板的外觀。
- 核心結構層主要由混合無機石灰礦物、PVC複合材料、碳酸鈣及穩定劑等原料製成，可提升地板的耐用性、抗壓性和抗變形能力。
- 襯底層可增加地板的穩定性，避免地板因潮濕或溫度變化而產生膨脹或收縮，多採用IXPE舒適底料，能達到防潮及吸音效果，因此又稱為靜音層。
SPC 石塑地板 VS 實木地板
SPC石塑地板主要採用無機石灰礦物及PVC複合材料，耐磨耐用，百分百防水防潮，而且穩定性高，不易變形。另外，安裝亦十分方便，完全採用卡扣式安裝，可自行動手安裝。
全實木地板的優點就是腳感非常真實，而且木紋是最自然，每塊花紋都是不一樣的，但保養及安裝比較麻煩，需要定期打蠟，而且容易變形。

SPC石塑地板缺點
- 地面的平整度要求較高
地面的平整度要求較高，每2米直徑高低落差須少於3mm。在鋪設SPC石塑地板的地面，如果不夠平整，地板的卡榫就會容易產生斷裂、變形的狀況。因此，建議只使用於平整的地面。 - 觸感較硬
SPC石塑地板在觸感上較接近石材，偏硬且帶有一點冰冷感。

SPC石塑地板適用於很多場地，如室內家居、酒店、商場、圖書館等。另外，如果你想翻新舊居但預算有限；或想有木紋地板，但又不想打理實木地板，SPC石塑地板都是不錯的選擇。
SPC 石塑地板的打理方法
● For daily maintenance, begin by vacuuming dust from the floor, followed by a gentle wipe using a wrung-out dry cloth.
● Clean the flooring with a damp mop. Use a mild detergent diluted in an adequate amount of water for cleaning.
● There is no waxing required for SPC flooring.
● When moving furniture, it is advised to lift any pieces to avoid causing scratches on the floor due to dragging.
● It is also recommended to stick protective pads or covers onto the bottoms of tables, chairs, and cabinets to avoid scratching the floor.
